The solar installation industry is one of the fastest growing industries, creating a stable and meaningful career path. At HPCSI, we have built a solar installation training class program at Vocatio Career Prep HS in Hunting Park. Our course is 10 weeks long, meets Tues and Thurs evenings 6-8pm, and uses extensive hands on training to graduate students OSHA 10 certified and job site ready to join a solar installation crew. We completed our fourth course in June 2024 and our next class will begin early October 2024. This fiscal year (’24-’25) we will be running 3 solar classes - a fall course October-December, a winter course with Spanish language translation available January-March, and a spring course April-June.
